NAME CHANGE
From the 1st April 2009 we will have a new name to better reflect our location and the practice population we serve. The new name is Emersons Green Medical Centre.
New primary care contract in Emersons Green
For the past twelve months Drs. Veronica Barry, Chris Boelling, Jason Eustace and Monica Gallagher have been working to secure a seven year GP contract at the Blackhorse site which was put out to tender by NHS South Gloucestershire after the previous partnership dissolved in late 2007.
The partnership is delighted to have been awarded this contract after undertaking a lengthy assessment process and facing stiff competition. The contract starts on the 1st April 2009 and will provide patients with increased access to GP services.
OPENING HOURS
From 1st April 2009: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 Saturday 08:00 - 17:00*
We will continue to be supported by our colleagues from Frendoc (0845 121 0504) who will still provide our out of hours emergency cover.
